Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Starting out with the traditional Sun Salutations A & B to warm up your body, we will use the different Vinyasa Flow Sequences to take you through each series using breath.
This class "flows" through each Asana (posture) using the breath to link you between each movement.
This class is beginner friendly and modifications are always available

Slow Flow Yoga

A little slower paced than the traditional Vinyasa or Power Flow Yoga.
We will still start with a few Sun Salutation A's & B's to warm up the body and move through all the series with modifications. We use less downward facing dogs to flow between each asana (postures).
This Flow is perfect for beginners or to help with healing of injuries!

Yin Yoga

A more relaxed/passive style yoga that will take you deep into your practice.
Each Yin sequence is designed to safely take you deep into each Asana (posture) as we stay and hold each one for 5 - 10 breaths.
This allows you to get deeper into tight muscles and fascia tissue as we use your breath to calm the mind and nervous system.
This is a great beginner class - but also great for experienced yogis to open up and heal!

 45 min Flow Yoga

All the great things you love about the hour Flow classes, but modified to 45 min to make time at your lunch!!

We will still start out with a few traditional Sun Salutations A & B to warm up your body then move through different Vinyasa Flow Sequences to take you through each series using breath.
This class "flows" through each Asana (posture) using the breath to link you between each movement.
This class is beginner friendly and modifications are always available
